Realty Pros Assured Quarterly Training: Fast & Furious Closings

Realty Pros Assured agents gathered for quarterly training featuring AI for real estate, Google Business Profile strategies, industry updates and more.

Realty Pros Assured brought our agents together for another action-packed Quarterly Training, this time with a “Fast & Furious Closings” theme!

Our quarterly training events are an opportunity to step away from the day-to-day business of real estate, learn what’s changing in the industry, sharpen our skills, and spend time together as a company. This training covered everything from artificial intelligence and Google Business Profiles to important real estate updates and community involvement.

AI for Real Estate Professionals with Jeff Lobb

One of the highlights of the day was a presentation from Jeff Lobb of SparkTank Media, who shared practical ways real estate professionals can incorporate artificial intelligence into their businesses.

AI is rapidly changing the way real estate professionals work, market themselves, communicate, and manage their businesses. Jeff walked our agents through tools including ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and others, while demonstrating ways agents can use AI to work more efficiently and strengthen their marketing.

Maximizing Google Business Profiles with James Delay

We also welcomed James Delay of Bold Mortgage, who presented a hands-on training session on setting up and maximizing a Google Business Profile.

For Realtors, a strong Google presence can play an important role in being discovered by buyers and sellers searching for local real estate professionals. James shared strategies for improving profiles, generating reviews, increasing visibility, and building a stronger local online presence.

Learning, Sharing and Staying Ahead

Our Quarterly Training wasn’t just about our guest speakers. We also covered important topics affecting our agents and the real estate industry, including new Coming Soon rules, open house “testers”, company updates, and other information designed to help our agents stay informed and prepared.

We also brought some of Realty Pros Assured’s longtime leadership together to share their experience and perspective with our agents.

We celebrated our quarterly contest winners, spent time catching up with agents from across our offices, and enjoyed a morning of learning and collaboration.
