Realty Pros Assured closed out the year with an energizing and educational Quarterly Training session inside the newly renovated Daytona Beach Association of Realtors building. The beautifully updated space was the perfect backdrop for a day filled with expert insights, hands-on learning, and plenty of lively interaction among our agents.
Our featured speaker, attorney Kit Korey, delivered an informative presentation on estates and probate, breaking down what every real estate professional should know when working with properties tied to inheritance, trusts, or complex family situations. His guidance gave our agents valuable tools to better support clients navigating these sensitive transactions.
Next, we welcomed Gwynne Keen of Steel Magnolias Staging & Interiors, along with Marsha Evans and Tracy Carter, who teamed up to share the importance of home staging in today’s market. They offered practical tips, before-and-after insights, and creative strategies for helping listings shine. Their presentation inspired our agents with ideas they can bring directly to their clients.
Of course, no Realty Pros training would be complete without a little fun. And this time, things got competitive. Our agents faced off in “Real Estate Jeopardy!”, a game that tested our agents on their real estate knowledge on a variety of topics. Team 1 took home the win, but not without controversy. We’ll get ’em next time, Team 4. 😁

Sal walked our agents through the site’s new features and its modern layout, designed to better serve both clients and agents. The launch marks a long-awaited refresh to our online presence and an exciting step forward for our growing company.
As our final Quarterly Training of 2025, this event was the perfect way to wrap up a successful year as we head into the holiday season energized and ready for an incredible 2026.
