Ziara Sahai, a native of Ormond Beach, Florida, holds a Biology major and a Women’s Studies minor from Florida Atlantic University. She earned her law degree on a scholarship from Atlanta John Marshall Law School and is a member in good standing with the Georgia Bar, Florida Bar, and Supreme Court of Georgia Bar. With a strong passion for both law and real estate, Ziara initially worked as an associate attorney at a law firm specializing in real estate closing and title matters in Atlanta.
However, her journey took a new turn during the pandemic when she recognized the need to support small business owners. This, coupled with her desire to be closer to her family in Florida, led her to establish a business and intellectual property law firm that specializes in safeguarding entrepreneurs through contracts, federal trademarks, negotiations, and legal consultation. As Ziara’s clientele expanded, she began receiving requests for guidance in real estate transactions and acquired her real estate license. Leveraging her distinctive background, she now finds immense satisfaction in assisting individuals looking to buy or sell residential and commercial properties.
