Sven takes pride in providing detailed and thoughtful supervision regarding the market and the transaction to his clients and customers. He has been a practicing attorney and member of the Florida Bar for over 20 years, focusing primarily on real estate and commercial transactions. He is a former attorney for the Florida Real Estate Commission and the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board. He shares knowledge of this experience through guest speak engagements and a course he teaches at Stetson University.
Sven grew up in Ormond Beach. He and his wife love raising their 3 girls and two boys there. They are active members of their church and regularly volunteer their time there in order to serve the Daytona community. In real estate, Sven services the Greater Daytona Beach Area and always exhibits diligence and careful consideration with clients and customers.
