I believe that our task as Real Estate Sales Agents is to fulfill our customers vision of either selling their existing home or finding that new home. My goal for every customer is to guide them through this ever-evolving process of real estate and to simply help make their dreams come true. If we do our jobs well we should have customers for life.
My job is to be a home and investment advisor for my customers, it does not start with a listing or end with a sale, I am there for my customers for all home or real estate investment needs before during and long after they move in. Customers for life.
My previous experience over the last 30 years has been in Customer service, as a Home Improvement Manager I have worked with many home owners, investment owners and contractors. Most recently as, General Manager for Lowe’s of Port Orange over the past 15 years. My passion and experience for home improvement and customer service has led me to this career. The experience in the home improvement industry along with the joy of helping others has made this transition very rewarding. I also enjoyed my association with the cities I have called home as a previous board member of the Port Orange Chamber of Commerce, the Rotary of Port Orange/South Daytona and the Volusia Building Industry Association. I get involved not watch from the sidelines. I believe in partnering with customers to assure goals are met and challenges are overcome.
As a person family and friends are the center of my life. I am the proud husband of Kathryn, my three exceptional children, Austin, Chelsea and Corbin and as of April 2016 my grandson, Jackson. After extensive relocating along with opening and managing many Home Center locations throughout the northeast until 1997. I opted to start another career with Lowe’s Home centers starting in Atlanta then Jacksonville, FL and eventually home to Port Orange, FL. I’ve lived in Port Orange, New Smyrna Beach and currently Daytona Beach. I realize that the home is where you are and the desire to make dreams come true for home owners was an extension of my past experiences. I would be honored to join others on that adventure.
