Born in northern New Jersey and raised in South Florida, Daytona Beach has become home for her and she is excited in sharing her love, passion, and knowledge of the area in helping you make Daytona Beach your home, as well!
Marisa obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from University of Central Florida and was a team member for numerous years in the largest marketing firm for Downtown Orlando. She has spent the first half of her professional career as a property manager for numerous communities and commercial real estate. As an on-site licensed real estate agent and sales associate, she has spent the last few years helping homeowners in purchasing, designing and building their brand new custom home. In this time she has obtained extensive knowledge of new home sales and construction in the areas of Port Orange, Ormond Beach, and Daytona Beach. In seven months time as an on-site sales associate for new home sales, she was awarded Rookie of the Year for largest home volume sold and has won numerous awards for outstanding customer service. She knows what it takes to provide a fun, pleasant, and productive experience for everyone who she helps.
Outside of the office, Marisa enjoys spending time outdoors, yoga, cooking, and spending time with her family including her dog and cat, Jack and Jill.
