Krista Goodrich is originally from Central Florida but spent many years landlocked in Georgia. After years of vacationing and investing in Daytona, she and her husband Colin were finally able to come back to Florida and now call Daytona Beach their home. Krista graduated from East Tennessee State University with two degrees: Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts Foreign Language with a Concentration in French. She has one daughter, Tiana, who is currently studying at FGCU, and three wild and crazy dogs.
Krista originally worked in the stock market as a Mutual Fund National Accounts Representative for companies such as Goldman Sachs, AXA Advisors and Morgan Stanley, but eventually the true entrepreneur inside of her could not be contained. She founded Masterpiece Mixers Paint & Party Studios, a paint and sip concept that grew to 17 franchised locations. She also advises small businesses and has owned or currently owns a variety of businesses including a construction company, boating company and trucking companies.
Daytona Beach came onto her radar five years ago as the place to invest in real estate. Krista has successfully flipped houses in Ormond Beach, Ormond-by-the-Sea and Daytona and loves helping investors locate great properties to either flip or buy and hold. After years of investing in real estate, flipping houses and turning dilapidated structures into gorgeous homes, Krista decided she wanted to share her love of real estate with others and became an agent. With her keen artistic eye and passion for making things beautiful, she has been able to help others achieve their dream of owning a home near the beach and often even helps them in the details of decorating their home.
In her free time, Krista enjoys boating, running, tennis, painting and decorating.
After traveling the world extensively, owning a construction company and being an artist, Krista combines her skills to identify unique homes and find creative ways to maximize space and create incredible designs. Krista loves helping out-of-state buyers find the perfect beach home. She also enjoys helping people stage and sell their homes and works with investors, first-time home buyers, retirees and families. She is based out of the Daytona Beach Shores office and invites buyers and sellers to contact her about available homes, selling a home that no longer suits your needs, construction questions and design ideas.
