Gina (Severino) Ragot is a proud Daytona Beach native and daughter of well-known local business owners Budd and Linda Severino. Hard work and drive have been part of her DNA from a young age; qualities that earned her recognition as a “Rising Star” by the Daytona Beach News-Journal at just 17.
Gina’s passion for real estate began early while leasing apartments in Jacksonville, which led her to earn her real estate license at age 21. She returned to Daytona to help run the family business, Budd Severino Advanced Home Exteriors, while beginning her career as a sales associate. Gina later earned her broker’s license and successfully ran her own brokerage before joining several respected local firms. Now, she’s excited to bring her experience and energy to Realty Pros Assured.
With over 22 years in the real estate industry, Gina is known for her attention to detail, dedication to her clients, and ability to make the process smooth and enjoyable.
Gina and her husband, Maurice, have owned multiple successful local businesses, including the award-winning A Classic Touch Painting and now MR Home Solutions. They’re active members of the community and proud parents of two children.
When she’s not helping clients, Gina enjoys riding her horse and staying involved in the equestrian world. Her competitive edge, professionalism, and heart for service continue to earn her trust and referrals throughout Volusia County.
