Originally from New Jersey, relocated to Ormond Beach Florida in 1979. Background in building as a construction and mechanical superintendant progressing into obtaining a specialty electrical and telecommunications license in both Florida and Georgia. Knowledgeable in all phases of residential construction. Continued into business forming Blue Chip USA Inc which contracted and installed data systems for national and international manufacturers of Point of Sale and security surveillance camera systems. Blue Chip USA Inc has evolved into Sand Star Technical LLC. Interests include martial arts, fishing, boating, weightlifting, motorcycles, architecture, product design, and making people happy.
