After receiving my Culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu in 2003, I was on to San Diego, California to work for the number 1 catering company The Abbey. I specialized in private and high-end weddings and dinners. From there, I moved to Las Penitas, Nicaragua where I managed an elite AIRBNB on the ocean. After 7 years, my wife and children were ready to go home. I was a meat manager for Publix for 7 years…I seem to like the number 7!
