Amanda Klotz bought her first home in Ormond Beach in March of 2013; she continued to buy another 2 homes in Ormond Beach over the years, all using Realty Pros and the expertise of Beau Warren.
In the interim of these years, she also purchased a cabin on Skyhawk Lane in Sevierville TN, which she later sold for a profit. As of today, she has sold two of her properties, both with a profit.
Amanda enjoys watching what is happening in the real estate market and doing market research. She has kept busy working as an analyst as well; utilizing considerable negotiation skills.
