"We were incredibly lucky to have Aimee by our side throughout what we thought would be an overwhelming process of selling/buying our home. From the first meeting to closing day (of both houses) everything went seamlessly. On selling our home, she helped us understand the selling process, was very knowledgeable on when to put the house on the market, what other houses on the market were doing, and trends in the market. Aimee was available day and night, everyday of the week and even made time to stage our home. Being first time home sellers, we were worried. Her dedication and reassurance put our minds at ease. On buying our dream home, Aimee spent countless hours getting to know our family and what we wanted in our dream beach home. She put so much thought and care into each family member's needs (even the pup) when researching homes. We had a very specific area we wanted to move to and she put together prospective houses, took us on numerous tours, contacted seller realtors with all of our questions, and supplied us with resources telling us about the area. After choosing our dream beach home, Aimee really showed us what she could do. We told her we wanted to close in 28 days. She reached out to all of her contacts (inspectors, appraisers, lenders, etc.) we needed in the buying process. She has the most dependable resources, and I wouldn't expect anything different, because she herself is dependable and dedicated to give her clients what they want and make the home buying experience stress free. We were done with the closing process a week early! She was there every step of the way. She went to all of the inspections, final walkthrough, and closing. Aimee makes you feel like family with the amount of care and dedication she gives into finding your perfect home."
